Happy to see places my friends and I have been unintentionally microinclusive with our kids! And thankful to now see a few blind spots too.

I tend to focus on welcoming all feelings. It is safe to express all feelings in our house. I have boys, but I think this is good for all genders of children. Just feeling what we're feeling without swooping in to minimize or fix.
